Pricing questions
Is there a charge per user?
No. Pricing is by company, so adding field staff to the time clock or office staff to the app does not change your subscription.
What determines the price?
Company size and the number of companies you keep books for. Tell us how many employees you pay and how many jobs you run, and we will quote a yearly price.
What does getting started include?
In the first year we set up your company, help move your jobs, vendors, employees, and open balances from your current system, and train your AP, payroll, and billing staff live for 90 days.
How does support work?
The assistant inside the app answers most how-to questions about payroll, billing, and job cost. Calls and emails with our team are billed in 15-minute blocks, only when you use them.
